Between October 2007 and August 2008 I lost 50 pounds by working out at the Wellness Center and learning better eating habits. I had never been a member or even worked out at a gym before discovering this facility. Since then I have maintained my weight by becoming a regular user of the Wellness Center (5-6 days per week). I now understand what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle by combining exercise and healthy eating habits. My self-confidence has received a major boost as well! I think it would be fun to have one of the display boards at the Wellness Center devoted to success stories from the facility. It could encompass any one or all of the 7 wellness elements. Perhaps put up a before and after picture and include a little discription on how the Wellness Center can literally change someone's life. I am proud of my new lifestyle and would be glad to be a first to share their success story!

It'd be uber-convenient if there was a big digital clock in
the basketball gym. Not, like, humongous... just big enough, so one didn't have
to stop playing to read the time.
By contrast the clocks in the weight
room are fine, because it's not a large area (relative to the basketball court).
But, when one is on the basketball court, it's improbable to see the time while
playing. Not only that but the activity is quite different. While lifting
weights, one is likely to have to move from one machine to another, thereby
allowing him/her to read the time with ease. However, when playing basketball,
it's quite inconvenient to stop in the heat of the moment for something so
trivial.
So, pretty please with sugar on top, and for the sake of all
ballers, install an appropriate clock in the
gym.
P.S. This is a serious suggestion. I'm
just not the type of person to write completely formal unless it's
imperative.
